Crew quarters are one level below in the galley/crew room. Crew quarters sleeps six.
Miss Emily is built with dual stainless steel lined "live" crab tanks.
Fresh ocean water is constantly circulating into the tanks and back into the ocean to keep the crabs alive and fresh.
Estimated capacity: 180,000 lbs. of fresh crab

One of two turbocharged diesel generators that supply AC power to the ship. Fwd. crab tank in the background.
The main engine will be lowered by crane into the fwd. tank, then using chain hoists to "swing like Tarzan" into the engine room.
